These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Ayyanar Construction CRM app ("the App") by our company's employees and authorised contractors. By logging in and using the App, you agree to these terms.
The App is an internal business tool. Access is provided only to staff issued credentials by the company (Admins, Supervisors, Owners, Drivers, and Accounts personnel) for use in connection with their job duties. Accounts may not be shared, and access may be revoked at any time, including at the end of employment or engagement.
Attendance, expense, financial, and trip data entered into the App are business records. Users are responsible for entering accurate, honest information — including check-in photos, locations, headcounts, and amounts.

All records, reports, and data created through the App in the course of company business belong to the company. The App and its underlying software remain the property of the company.
We aim to keep the App available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, screens, and functionality may change or be updated over time.
The App is provided as an internal tool "as is." The company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the App, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Access to the App may be suspended or terminated at any time, with or without notice, including upon end of employment, policy violation, or at the company's discretion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
